Michelle is the Founder and Director of Outlook Psychology Practice, a leading provider of culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health services across regional and remote Australia. Raised in Nhulunbuy, NT, Michelle's early years fostered a deep respect for service, community, and cultural connection — values that continue to anchor her clinical and leadership practice.
With more than 15 years' experience, Michelle has delivered compassionate, evidence-based psychological care throughout East Arnhem Land, the Groote Eylandt Archipelago, and other very remote Northern Territory communities. She is accredited by Dr Tracy Westerman in the Westerman Aboriginal Symptom Checklist (WASC), further strengthening the clinical and cultural rigour of her work.

Ely is committed to creating a safe, supportive therapeutic space for individuals to achieve better overall health and wellbeing. She utilises CBT, ACT, strengths-based, trauma-informed and sensory-informed approaches. Ely has spent the most recent part of her career working with people experiencing body image and eating disorders and is accredited to provide therapy specific to these challenges (CBT-E and SSCM ).

Holding a Master's in Psychosexual Therapy, Royce supports clients to build healthy relationships and wellbeing across all areas of life. Outside of therapy, he enjoys music, meditation, and qigong, valuing balance and authenticity in all he does.

Emma is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (since 2012 ) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Emma has previously worked with Outlook and, after living in Nhulunbuy in 2023, is returning to provide telehealth appointments.
Using a trauma-informed approach, Emma draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. She works collaboratively with clients, empowering them to feel heard, understood, and in control of their own lives.
