Fees and funding

Our standard consultation fee is $255 for a 50-minute appointment.

  • If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and GP referral, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate:

    • Psychologist: $255 per session. Medicare rebate $101.00

    • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker: $255 per session. Medicare rebate $85.20

    • Mental Health Occupational Therapist: $255 per session. Medicare rebate $89.50

    We are not a bulk-billing practice. Rebate amounts are current at the time of publishing and may change.

  • We accept a range of EAP programs. Eligible employees, and in some cases immediate family members, may be able to access sessions at no cost. Please contact us to check your eligibility.

  • We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Fees depend on your agreed services and NDIS arrangements. Please contact us to discuss.

  • We accept referrals funded by approved third parties, including Workers Compensation insurers, employers and workplace rehabilitation providers, and NT Connect to Wellbeing / Medicare Mental Health. Fees and approval requirements vary by funding body, so please contact us before booking.

  • Assessments are quoted individually based on the type of assessment and clinical requirements. Our current rate is $255 per hour, and we provide a written quote before we proceed.

Cancellation policy
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. Late cancellations and non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee.
