Our Story
Distance should never limit care
Founded in Nhulunbuy, NT in 2016, Outlook Psychology has grown into a team of dedicated clinicians delivering expert telehealth psychology to every corner of Australia.
Who We Are
Psychology without barriers.
At Outlook Psychology, we provide professional telehealth psychology for individuals, families, and workplaces — no matter where you live. From remote communities to regional towns and city streets, our secure online sessions make mental health support accessible, convenient, and confidential.
Founded in Nhulunbuy, NT, in 2016, our mission has always been to ensure every Australian has access to expert psychological care. What began as a small practice serving the remote communities of Arnhem Land has grown into a team of qualified psychologists, mental health clinicians, occupational therapists, and social workers serving clients across the country.
Our values — trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion — guide our client-focused approach. We empower clients to improve mental wellbeing, manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and live a fulfilling life.
